- Has experience implementing GRPC services in Python
- Has experience using Ray or Dask or distributed systems programming.
- Has experience building SDKs for notebooks
- Has expertise in working on large codebases / orgsEssentially where Python is the primary code base.
- Has experience working in HPC environments, ability to code in Rust and/or generate bindings for C++ code.
- Negative Preference (Mostly my recent learning)Avoid candidates if their only experience with python is building CRUD applications in Django and Flask.
